Project Description: Crests for use on Cadet uniform and garments
Initially contracted to create a monochromatic variation of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet 330 Squadron crest for use on printed garments, we continued our partnership over the course of multiple projects. Later designing crests to be used to represent the RCAC 330 Squadron band, who would be involved in National competitions. Then later a 75th anniversary crest to be used by the 330 Squadron in brand and marketing materials, in addition to an anniversary garment.
Most recently I partnered with the RCAC 19 Squadron, based out of Stratford, On., to design a crest to represent their growing band section. With the initial concept coming from the client as a continuation of the themes created for the 330 Squadron band; while incorporating the band's mascot.
The designs of the crests share a visual identity, making them easy to identify while giving the different Squadrons their own individual details.
